Wryn Magdalyn ~RYT-200, CMT-600

Wryn’s deepest heart’s longing is to be of service to the divine in all beings by cultivating vibrant health and sharing her most sacred gifts: healing touch, devotional song, self-care practices and the teachings of yoga.

She has been a student of yoga for 20 years with teachers such as Jeff Tiebout and Mary Brown and has received her 200-hr yoga teacher training at In Balance with Nicole Boyle and Noelle Whittington. Wryn is a certified massage therapist through the Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga and is also  trained in Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, Focusing, Thai Yoga Massage, Shiatsu, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Reiki. She is certified as an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach and is honored to be the recipient of this 5000 year old oral tradition with teachers such as Katie Silcox, Indu Aurora and Mary Thompson.

She is most proud of her two amazing children River and Summit; and the businesses she helped create: Dogtown Pizza, Venture Out Creative Agency, Fat Bean Farm & Food Co. and the multitude of brands she midwifed for others. What is most alive in her at this time is Bhakti Yoga, devotion through song, mantra, and stillness. You may find her down by the river on her harmonium singing to Ganesh or writing a new song on her ukulele. She is currently available for wellness sessions, kirtan, and yoga classes at Anahata Education Center.  Contact Wryn at wryn108@gmail.com.
