Winter Retreats & Getaways at Anahata Education Center
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT! We have decided to put most of our guided retreats and events on hold until the spring of 2022. We are still hosting some personal self-guided retreats and stays in our lovely spaces this fall/winter. This is your chance to take a longer retreat at a significant discount from our usual rate. This is perfect for a solo meditative sojourn, or a deep journey in writing/art/inner-personal work. One week to ten week stays available December through March in Sunrise Apartment, Bliss Cabin or Sunflower, our Unique Nature Sanctuary. These are all available at this point, so book early to ensure your preferences.

Spring & Later Guided Retreats
Starting in late March of 2022, we will resume our guided retreat programs. If you are interested in a full-service solo, small or large group retreat in the spring of 2022 or later, you can fill out our RETREAT INTEREST FORM, you can let us know generally (or specifically) what you’re looking for, and we’ll be in touch once we have lined up our spring season.

Feeling called to go deeper? Anahata is a lovely, calm site to have a restorative healing journey or transformational adventure.
Immerse yourself in the healing and serenity of nature. Our 47 acre nature sanctuary feature a sublime riverfront area with kayaking and swimming, abundant wildlife, an outdoor dance/yoga pavilion, the elevating pine ridge, walking trails, as well as a lovingly cultivated permaculture landscape, gardens and orchards. The Rose yurt offers a sound chamber with skylight – beautifully painted with a flower of life/heart chakra mandala. Our timberframe sanctuary offers indoor and outdoor group spaces, decks and hot tub. Our community is dedicated to living in harmony with spirit, nature, and each other.
We offer individualized retreats tailored to your interests and needs. Couples can take time out together or be guided through a series of exercises for greater communication, harmony and intimacy. Silent retreats can be an opportunity to deepen ones practice, attune to nature, and recharge.
We are non-denominational, inclusive, interfaith and welcoming of diversity. We love to host writers and artists. Couples, friends and small groups are welcome. We also host larger group retreats, one day retreats, and you can drop in for a part or full day wellness experience, as in our ‘Total Transformation Package‘! Retreats can take place in rustic Bliss Cabin, Sunrise – a cozy yet luxurious studio apartment with kitchenette and full bathroom, individual guest rooms in a spacious apartment in our main retreat house, bedrooms or full house rental of an elegant rustic octagonal ‘treehouse’, or a camping pavilion on the riverfront, and more! All-Inclusive Couples Retreat Package: two overnights in a private retreat space, 6 organic whole foods meals tailored to your preferences, an array of guided activities, and a couples deepening session with one of our other retreat guides. — $1340

DESIGN YOUR OWN RETREAT!
CUSTOMIZED SOLO RETREATS can last a day, weekend, week, or longer. You can bring and prepare your own food, and be self-guided, on silence, or opt into daily yoga, guided activities, wellness sessions, and meals a la carte – on an as-available basis with our multi-talented staff! Dates for solo retreats may be more flexible, and can be mid-week. You can start with an all-inclusive retreat, and add on extra days of ‘solo’ retreat afterwards. Solo self-guided retreats bringing your own food start at $340 for 3 days/2 nights, with additional days at $120.

I feel so peaceful and reinvigorated from my stay at Anahata. I really cannot thank you enough for the welcoming experience you and the community at Anahata provided to me. You all showered me with love, and it revived me at a time when I felt completely spent. On a spiritual level I reconnected with my angels and still feel bathed in light. It was exactly what I needed, and more than I ever dared hope for. Now even a week later I am still processing what a magical and nurturing experience it was. From a retreat perspective, it not only offered the solace of meditation and yoga and healthful, nourishing foods, but also the immense comfort of a loving community. It was unlike any retreat experience I could have had elsewhere. It’s rare to find the opportunity for self-reflection and solitude alongside the enveloping warmth of such a special community. It healed me in so many ways and on so many levels.
