2022 FALL Goddess Retreat

Feel your sacred wholeness as we embrace all of the parts of ourselves.
Center and restore before the holidays and move into a fuller you. Experience life enhancing femininity and supportive sisterhood as we begin to embrace all of the parts of ourselves. Bathed in acceptance we travel through seven group sessions pairing an archetypal goddess to each chakra. This effective curriculum has been developed and shared for seven years, offering a journey into intuition and wholeness as we come home to our bodies with more love.
The Workshops… Chakras and goddesses are powerful ways into the body, psyche, and inner divinity. They assist us in acknowledging and accepting our imbalances as we transform them into empowerment. These sessions are held by experienced facilitators weaving intuitive dance, yoga, meditation, breathwork, partner work, sound healing, group sharing circles, journals, song, and self-care practices.
The Location... Floyd, VA. Soak in the beauty of Anahata’s facility located in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains along one of the oldest rivers in the world. Enjoy the hot tub and trails. Check out ~ Anahata Education Center
