Immerse yourself in nature, arts play, delicious food and holistic living for four days!
EARLY MORNING YOGA, MOVEMENT & MEDITATION
DAILY WORKSHOPS from an array of artists to activate our multi-dimensional awareness of self and cosmos! This will include creating sculptures with metal, rock and wood; self-reflective mirror and multimedia art that reflect our inner superpowers, working with sacred symbols, mandalas of love umbrellas, sacred sound and movement, shamanic journey and journalling, flow arts such as poi, and more.
ENLIVENING MEALS include early morning fare, a delicious brunch, nourishing supper, and a hearty afternoon lunchy-snack. Meals are primarily local, organic, plant-based, multi-ethnic and gluten-free, with dairy and egg options.
OPEN AFTERNOON TIME allows for project work with one of our artists, open studio explorations, pop up offerings, individual wellness sessions, nature adventures such as swimming, hiking, or kayaking on the river, and restful stillness.
LATE AFTERNOON REFLECTION CIRCLES invite sharings from the heart, inspirational insights, journalling opportunities.
EVENING EVENTS include a Thursday Sound Bath & Sacred Song Evening, Friday Super-activating Dance Party with Katie Wells, and a festive Saturday Drum & Fire Ceremony with Fire Spinning Performances!

3:00-4:00 WELCOMING & ORIENTATION CIRCLE
4:00-6:00pm THE SACRED MIRROR – Aligning with our core theme, we will each create a sacred mirror that reflects our essential self! Meditations & journalling interspersed.
7:30 SACRED SOUND & SONG EVENING – Sound Bath with singing bowls with Kelly & Drew Darrell: Sacred Song with Bamboo Moonbeams, Jo Tinhat & Others!
8:00–9:30am Awakening the Body Temple: Yoga with Jamie Dunne
10:30-11:00am CREATIVITY CIRCLE – Creative Flow Warm Ups, Dances of Universal Peace, Gazing Meditations, Inner Journeys & More!
11:00 – 1:00 MULTI-MEDIA ‘SOUL PORTRAIT’ with Jamie Dunne – using a vast array of materials, we will begin to create a large piece that mirrors our multi-dimensional self in all its glory!
1:00- 2:00 HEARTY LUNCH SNACK
2:00-4:00pm ELEMENTS OF CREATION SCULPTURE: with Arjuna Smith & Friends! Working with the elements of metal, wood, crystal, rock, water, air, patterns of connectivity, and sacred geometry – we will pull sacred symbolism ‘out of thin air’ and into manifestation! Micro to macro-level creations, from body or wall or hanging art to sculpture! Participants are encouraged to bring your favorite rocks, driftwood, crystals, copper wire, jewelry-making supplies, and creative inspirations!

5:15-6:00 THE MYSTIC ARTIST’S JOURNEY: with Lizzie Marie Thompson: This exploration may include inspirational readings, guided meditation and shamanic journey, sharings from the heart, artistic imagery and journalling prompts. Bring your artists journal and pen!
7:30-9:00pm DANCE PARTY with KATIE WELLS of INTERWEAVE CONSCIOUS DANCE – A soul-inspiring journey with Katie Wells exploring the many dimensions of self!
8:00-9:30am KUNDALINI DEVOTION YOGA with Jo Tinhat – Experience the activating flow of fire-breathwork, devotional song, mudra, and asanas.
10:30-11:00am CREATIVITY CIRCLE: Activating our inner super-powers!
11:00-1:00pm COSMIC WEAVINGS with Jen Ferry & Friends! Hoops, from small to large, to create anything from dreamcatchers to ‘trees of life’. You may want to help with a larger hoop or make and take your own smaller hoop, or weave into sculpture or jewelry creations you are working on.
1:00-2:00pm HEARTY SNACKY LUNCH
2:00-4:00pm COMPLETION STUDIO: Finish jewelry, weavings, multi-dimensional soul collage or sculptures. Emphasis on ‘crossing over’ modalities.
4:00-6:00pm INTERGENERATIONAL FUN TIME! Please wear your SUPER HERO COSTUME/CAPE/HEADGEAR, WHATEVER! 8:00-9:30am RESTORATIVE IMMERSION YOGA with Kelly Darrell – Gentle restful yoga with guided visualization, breathwork release, and healing integration
10:30-12:00 UMBRELLAS OF LOVE – Mandala umbrella creations celebrating the beauty and sacredness of life! Actual white small and larger 38″ umbrellas painted with acrylics which are permanent when dry.

SACRED HEALING ARTS – Jen Ferry will continue to offer massage through the week. Chandra McGuire will offer deep activating healing sessions/massage if she makes it here from Florida!
SACRED GEOMETRY WEAVINGS BY JEN FERRY – fence panel and large hoop creations utilizing string art, macrame and dreamcatcher principles – accomplices welcome!
SCULPTURAL INSTALLATION BY ARJUNA SMITH – Arjuna’s fine art jewelry creation abilities will be expressed on a grander scale with a ‘mirror of cosmic realities sculpture’ adorning the rooftop of the apartment building. He could likely use a hand, and may even be in collaboration with our meta-weaver, Jen Ferry!
SACRED GEOMETRY SYMBOLS – Artists-in-residence Jamie Dunne and Amber Skies will elevate our yurt/healing sanctuary/sound chamber inside and out with geometric designs, mandalas, and sacred symbols.
MURAL PAINTING – Aaron Staengl may need a hand to complete the box trailer murals!
If you wish to apprentice and assist any of these projects, let it be known! We may be able to offer a work-exchange’ internship!

Children’s Participation/Childcare/Intergenerational Fun Time: $10 per child for a session of children’s care program when available, and the Intergenerational Fun Time including face-painting, fairyhouse making, etc.
