Ready to practice together again? Outdoor yoga is a great way to have sangha and share energy in a safe way. Enjoy the sounds of nature and the flowing river as you are guided by our on site yoga instructor, Wryn Magdalyn, through a flowing vinyasa practice, breathwork, guided relaxation and meditation.
