Daily creative flow exercises, quiet walks on wooded paths, starlit hot tub soaks, sound baths, hot beverages, healthy meals. Choose solitude or participation in group activities – freeing our spirits and voices together, sharing glimmers from our work, occasional outings/hikes, and quiet celebrations. Write in parallel or solo. Book a session with a writing coach or arrange for editing assistance. Add in a massage or optional daily yoga/qi gong/movement/meditation sessions to relax the body and focus your intentions. Return restored, re-inspired, with a body of creative work spilling out onto the page!
