We are delighted to welcome Eden Woolwine to the wellness team at Anahata!  Eden is a certified massage therapist with 12 years of experience in Swedish, deep tissue, Reflexology, Thai, prenatal, abdominal and sports massage. Eden prefers 90 minute to 2 hour massages and will incorporate deep myofascial work if the client desires. She prepares her own blend of massage creams with an extensive library of Aromatherapy oils, and can do spa treatments such as seaweed wraps, scrubs and facials. Eden is a yoga teacher with a 200 hour certification in Ashtanga Yoga.  She is also a registered dietician with a BA in Dietetics from VA Tech, and a Bachelors in Psychology.  Please join us in celebrating her arrival!
