Bring a dish and song to share!
Contemplayful singing weaves together contemplation and playfulness in an adventure of song. It is a game of co-enchantment. Standing, sitting, and/or moving in a circle, singers generate a harmonious communion. We’ll sing easily learned, captivating and centering songs and chants. Rhythmic uke accompaniment and body percussion will enhance our play. All are welcome in this confluence of voices, hearts, and minds. If you can talk you can sing!
Facilitators Craig Green and Cleo Keller are lifelong community-singing activists. They are co-creators of The Contemplayful Songbook and co-founders of the Woodfolk House of Song, an intentional community and musical sanctuary in Charlottesville, VA.
Love offering of $2-10 requested. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
