Wellness Wednesdays at Anahata!

Every Wednesday we begin the day with chanting and song leading into a gentle morning vinyasa flow yoga class, followed by individual sessions with an array of practitioners, and often a special late afternoon or evening class or activity.  Participants are welcome to attend yoga class, book a session (in advance is best), and bring a bag lunch to enjoy on our beautiful grounds.  Our ongoing schedule will include:

9:30 – 11:00 am     Yoga or Movement Meditation

11:00 – 4:00 pm     Massage, Reiki & Other Appointments make and appointment

4:00pm  Integrating Circle: Prayer, Meditation, Sufi Dance or Kirtan (end time varies)
